In an attempt to raise teh efficiency of this board, I suggest the following.
Any member of this board who hasn't become active in, lets say a week from now (21st of November, 2005), will be demoted to the lowest rank (Ryadovoy for enlisted, Mládshiy leytenánt for the officers). This is to be done in order so that those who are inactive, but in important positions such as regimental commanders or such don't hold up the RP. It will also serve as a punishment for their inability to remain loyal to the board. As they say, every action (or lack of it) has a reaction.
What say ye to this suggestion?
